If you internet is connection is not strong enough then you will face this issue. Kindly note that we only provide streams in 720p resolution and there is no low quality streams available. That means you need fast internet connection to watch it.
You will need 15 Mbps to watch streams without any issue, If you think your internet is fast enough and you are still having issues then please go to https://fast.com and see what number do you see.
If fast.com shows a number more than 15Mbps then please send an email to [email protected] along with your internet speed and channel/game that is having the issue.
One of our customer support rep will look into it and get back to you. Kindly note live chat support wont be able to help you because they do not have access to stream backend.
